Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days, on Starter, Pro and Enterprise. The app itself is free to download, and paid plans unlock higher usage limits.
What actually changes when I pay more?
Included AI usage and support — every feature is available on every plan. Starter includes monthly AI usage with community support; Pro includes more AI usage than Starter and adds priority support; Enterprise is quoted with custom usage limits, dedicated support and custom requirements.
How does pay-as-you-go billing work?
Pay-as-you-go is optional, off by default, and bounded by a budget you set. New runs stop once your charges reach it, and a run that reaches it part-way through is stopped there.
How do I get an Enterprise quote?
Write to hello@tracemind.ai. Enterprise is for engineering teams with compliance or volume needs, and it is quoted against your requirements.
What do I need to run it?
Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS 11.0+ (Apple Silicon or Intel) with 8 GB RAM and 2 GB disk, plus an internet connection — the AI runs in the cloud.
